Our premium brand
Under the brand of Vectron we sell high-quality, technologically innovative stationary and mobile POS systems. The range is completed by some peripherals, e.g. customer displays and scales. Long-standing main target groups are catering and bakeries, most recently expanded to include "weighing sectors", e.g. butchers, as well as smaller retail and service businesses.
With our comprehensive range of stationary POS systems, we provide the suitable equipment for various company sizes and types and use sophisticated functions to make our users' workflows and processes more efficient. The high number of hardware and software interfaces compared to competitors enables the implementation of individual requirements and makes our solutions interesting for all customer groups from retailers to large chain stores.
In addition to stationary systems, we offer mobile devices for operation at the table. Modern POS apps for iOS and Android devices have expanded our range for years. Regular developments ensure that our solutions remain customised and up-to-date.
Duratec POS systems
Secondary brand for standard requirements
With Duratec, we have also covered the medium price and performance segment since 2013. The Duratec product range is based on the sophisticated Vectron technology. With the software, however, we have focussed on the essential functions and thus achieved a high degree of simplification and ease of learning. Current trends like the integration of smartphones as order device are taken into account. In addition to long-lived special hardware, a PC version of the software is also available.
Duratec targets catering businesses, retailers and hairdressers with standard requirements. The scope of functions of Duratec devices, which is restricted compared to that of Vectron POS systems, allows a clear distinction of both brands.
As the programming of the devices is clearly faster and easier the Duratec is also interesting for dealers in Germany and abroad. Furthermore, we integrated the online services of bonVito to the Duratec POS systems.
Software products
Flexible and versatile
The POS software is an inhouse developement which is constantly adjusted to current market demands. It offers a portfolio of basic and tried-and-tested special functions that is virtually unmatched on the market. Flexible customization options allow further trade-specific solutions.
In the past, we generally sold our software as a one-off license with an unlimited term, but we now also offer updates and the software itself as a subscription model. We believe that the cross-industry trend of "Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)" and monthly billing based on usage offers enormous opportunities for the future and are continuously expanding our portfolio in this direction.
Apart from the actual POS software, which is also available as PC version, we offer additional backoffice software products, like e.g. the Vectron Commander. It enables the POS systems to be networked and programmed centrally. It also provides the basis for comprehensive analyses and cash register reports as well as for a large number of customized POS solutions.

POS software for iPad & iPhone
Reliable alternative in the field of iPad POS systems since 2015.
The wholly owned subsidiary of Vectron Systems AG can refer to decades of experience in the field of POS systems. The result is posmatic. The iPad system with the complete functionality of a modern POS system in a contemporary package. Professional features such as waiter lock, voucher management, customer pager and interfaces to other catering software products such as personnel planning, ERP and hotel software make posmatic an iOS POS solution for mastering day-to-day catering operations.
Integrated digital services
With our brands myVectron, myDuratec and bonVito we have been providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products for years. We consider ourselves to be a professional digitization partner for our customers, helping them to do more business and do it more efficiently. Our scalable server structure enables us to manage hundreds of thousands of businesses and branches.
The focus of our future investments, which center on our own developer capacities, is on expanding these digital services. The acquisition of the acardo Group at the end of 2022 illustrates this digital strategy.
myVectron & myDuratec
Digital services such as inhouse ordering, vouchers, table reservation and E-payment expand our high-quality POS systems to become a comprehensive solution for the point of sale.
The add-on services offer customers a high level of additional benefit and generate monthly recurring revenues. This will make the Vectron Group independent of fluctuating one-off sales and at the same time meet the growing need for digitisation in the target industries.
In 2023, the share of recurring revenues was already at almost 50 %, with an upward trend.
bonVito
With bonVito, Vectron was the pioneer in connecting POS systems with digital services.
bonVito offers a wide range of customer retention solutions:
